The first thing to do is to copy the bike loaded with presents or print out the template and copy the preliminary drawing.
Make sure you don't press too much with the pencil, otherwise there will be marks in the paper. 

When colouring and watercolouring, it is generally important to note that areas lying next to each other are best watercoloured with a time delay, otherwise there is a danger that the colours will run very much into each other. Start with the bicycle and paint some colour into the surfaces. The surfaces should not be completely painted, with the watercolour painting you dissolve the colour somewhat and can fill so the surface completely and produce a colour gradient at the same time.

Now you start to paint and watercolor the gifts and the wooden boxes bit by bit.
To create the background, it's best to choose lighter colours so that it doesn't distract too much from the bike. Draw a few hills with a pencil. 

 

For the firs, a few green strokes are enough. You can also draw a few light grey strokes as shadows and as a base for your bicycle and sign.

By simply dabbing on the green strokes you dissolve the paint with the brush selectively and create the impression of fir branches. You can also easily paint the shadows on the bicycle and on the shadows in watercolours. At the hills you can create the landscape with a little light grey.

Finally, if everything is well dried, you can use the fine Faber-Castell Pitt Artist Pen to border the coloured areas on the bicycle and the signpost. The lines can be drawn loosely and with slight interruptions.
